Terms of service
Pilot terms for the GSMFlow service-ordering platform. Replace the operator details and obtain launch-country legal review before production use.
1. Authorized use
You may submit a device or account-related order only when you own the device, are its lawful custodian, or have documented authorization from the owner or organization. You must provide accurate information and cooperate with verification requests.
2. Orders and delivery estimates
A displayed delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. The price and service terms shown when an order is submitted are recorded with that order. Processing may be paused for risk, eligibility, or ownership review.
3. Wallet funds and refunds
Wallet value is closed-loop service credit and cannot be transferred between customers or redeemed for cash unless required by law. A rejected order is refunded to the same wallet. Payment disputes and chargebacks may result in holds or account suspension.
4. Prohibited services
Activation-lock bypass, credential theft, passcode cracking, IMEI alteration or cloning, stolen-device blacklist removal, unauthorized MDM removal, pirated tools, and any service intended to defeat anti-theft or access controls are prohibited.
5. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your account and API credentials. Notify support promptly if you suspect compromise. API access may be restricted or revoked when its use creates operational, security, or compliance risk.
6. Pilot limitation
This build is supplied as a pilot implementation. Live payment collection, supplier routing, regulatory registrations, tax configuration, and jurisdiction-specific consumer terms must be completed before commercial launch.
